LOWA Boots LLC Return Policy

RETURN POLICY DUE TO COVID-19 CLOSURE:

Our warehouse and our online business are temporarily closed by state-imposed shelter in place orders until April 22 to help prevent the further spread of the COVID-19 virus. As a result, please do not ship any returns, exchanges, and warranties at this time. Please check back here for updates. We are extending our online return policy for 30 days AFTER the date when our warehouse and online business are allowed to reopen.

 

LOWA Boots and shoes are warrantied against manufacturing defects, material defects or design defects for a period of one year from date of purchase. LOWA Boots LLC will always agree to inspect a shoe for a customer even past the normal warranty period if the customer believes the boot or shoe has prematurely fallen apart or otherwise not lived up to expectations.

LOWA Boots and shoes are NOT warrantied for fit. LOWA Boots LLC will accept returns for fit and size within 60 days of purchase provided that the boots or shoes are not worn outside and are in resalable condition.  Lowa Boots LLC encourages customers to try their boots and shoes on indoors and with the socks they intend to wear, to insure that the boots or shoes fit before removing any labels or tags or wearing them outside.

Wearing your boots, or shoes, outdoors voids your option to return this footwear.
