Exchange/Return Policy

LOWA Boots and shoes are warrantied against manufacturing defects, material defects or design defects for a period of one year from date of purchase. LOWA Boots LLC will always agree to inspect a shoe for a customer even past the normal warranty period if the customer believes the boot or shoe has prematurely fallen apart or otherwise not lived up to expectations.

LOWA Boots and shoes are NOT warrantied for fit. LOWA Boots LLC will accept returns for fit and size within 60 days of receipt (from lowaboots.com only) provided that the boots or shoes are not worn outside and are in resalable condition.  LOWA Boots LLC encourages customers to try their boots and shoes on indoors and with the socks they intend to wear, to insure that the boots or shoes fit before removing any labels or tags or wearing them outside.  


  • We offer a onetime size exchange for the same style originally ordered with no addition shipping cost to you within 60 days of purchase/receipt.
  • Returns with no exchange, will exclude shipping costs. 
  • Refunds can only be posted to the initial form of payment.
  • Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.
  • We ask that you keep your tracking information handy. This way you can track your package and know when we received it. Allow 3/5 business days for processing. 
  • Try on your boots or shoes indoors and with the sock you intend to wear before going outside.
  • Once the tags are removed and the shoes are worn outside, they will not be accepted for return if they do not fit.
  • Any LOWA boot with a manufacturing defect, will have to be shipped back to our warehouse for a full inspection before any decision is made.


  • When you make a purchase from our website and select UPS as your shipping method, you will find a "Print Return Label" button on your order page.
  • Log back into your LOWAboots.com account and click on your order number.
  • Upon our receipt, allow 3/5 business days for processing.
  • If you selected USPS as your shipper, please note that we can only supply a UPS label for a return/exchange with in the contiguous 48 United States.
  • To receive a UPS label for a USPS shipment, contact us via email from the "Contact Us" link below.


  • Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier will be returned to our warehouse.
  • ALL packages returned to our warehouse will be treated as returns. We will return the item(s) back to stock for a refund excluding original shipping cost.
  • You can place another order if you still want your item.


  • We do not sell on Amazon, boots on Amazon may be counterfeit.
  • If you see a LOWA Boot for sale from a retailer, or website, not shown on our dealer locator, this footwear may be counterfeit.
  • There is no warranty or service on new our used product, including exchanges, refunds or repairs available for any product purchased from unauthorized resale channels.
  • Please purchase LOWA Boots from authorized LOWA resellers, in-store, or online.
