LOVE these boots! They fit incredibly well and offer a great balance between lightweight, flexibility and support...feel like a very supportive/stable sneaker. They did great out of the box and didn't need any break-in period. I appreciate the amount of cushion while still being able to feel the terrain underfoot. I got these for a specific purpose but am so happy with them I've been wearing them much more! Great color options...would love a camo version too!
It does not work out for me with travel brands. This time, @lowa upset me a lot. I have 8 years old mountaineering boots of this brand and my brother goes to them regularly in the mountains of different heights and complexity, how many times they were on Elbrus, do not count. They have lost their appearance, but continue to serve, nothing is being done to them. But two years ago I bought myself lowa zephyr trekking boots. I naively hoped that they would be as reliable as the previous ones. They perfectly sat on the leg, it was very comfortable. I fell in love with them. Here they are, the boots of my dreams. Here it is my brand, which instills confidence in me, in my every step, on these difficult routes. The first “mark” was when I found a seam stitched past a few stitches. At first I wanted to return, but the hole was very small and did not play a special role in its properties. But I went through 4 campaigns in them, they just fell apart. Threads on both shoes sprawled even where everything was in perfect order, and now the shoes look like a sieve. How is this possible in $ 200 boots? Dear representatives of the brand, if you are reading this, I would like to read your explanation of what happened. With me went the guys in the shoes for $ 50 and with their shoes everything is in order. It's sad that when trust in such brands is undermined and you cannot just buy an expensive item and be sure that everything will be fine with it, you cannot buy confidence. It is impossible to entrust even such a brand with taking care of their legs. Lowa, you let me down. https://www.instagram.com/p/ByBWgPPCySl/
