We’re proud of the fact that our footwear is made exclusively in Europe and the whole LOWA team is working hard to deliver boots and shoes to you.

Please note: With a transit time of four weeks, any possible virus contamination that could have been transmitted in Europe will be gone by the time containers arrive at our warehouse.

Here In The USA:
We are transacting business as usual for the foreseeable future. Our Customer Support department is empowered to work from home if and when necessary, which may cause some small delays in customer service, but the work will go on.

Please know that we’re here for you, and that we’re taking every measure to keep you and our employees safe. If our warehouse is forced to close, either because the government asks us to or due to illness, we will post updates on our website homepage and on Facebook.
