Stefan Glowacz
Stefan Glowacz is a professional extreme climber and can look back on an impressive competitive career from 1985 to 1993. He achieved first place at Rock Master three times – 1987, 1988 and 1992 – and in 1993 was the first runnerup at the world championship.
Recently, though, he’s been more fascinated by challenges on natural rock.
In the past few years he’s dedicated himself to expeditions that take him to the most remote and difficult climbs in the world. After two failed attempts, he conquered in fall 2005 the north face of the Cerro Murallòn in Patagonia with his climbing partner Robert Jasper.
Stefan Glowacz has written three books and has co-starred in two films. He also gives presentations about his fascinating experiences in the „vertical world“, which he also uses to inspire and motivate business executives and managers with stories about pushing the limits.
I put all of my trust in the excellent quality and optimal fit of my LOWA footwear during all of my travels and expeditions.
