Warranty Questions
Your boots are warrantied from manufacturer defect for 12 months from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover poor fit.

Boot Returns
Boot returns are handled by the store where you made the purchase. You must have your sales receipt, or credit card transaction slip. You can return boots that do not fit properly, provided they have not been worn outdoors. (Wear new boots indoors to make sure they fit and are comfortable before venturing outside.)
We promise to be honorable if you promise to be reasonable. Please rinse off your boots before shipping them. Boots sent to LOWA covered with excess mud, dirt, grime, etc. will be returned to you without repair. For additional information, please contact our customer service department at 1-888-335-LOWA.
